Watford were unable to pull further clear of the drop zone with a fourth successive win but they extended their unbeaten run to a sixth game - the Hornets' longest undefeated sequence in the Premier League - and remain 17th in the table after a battling goalless draw against Tottenham Hotspur.
Troy Deeney spurned the home side's best chance of victory when his second-half penalty was saved by Paulo Gazzaniga, but Spurs would heve snatched the win in injury-time had debut-making substitute Ignacio Pussetto not denied Erik Lamela on the goalline.
Here are a selection of images from the game which saw Watford fans hold their scarves aloft in tribute to Graham Taylor to mark the third anniversary of the death of the club's greatest manager.
