Watford produced arguably their most complete performance of the season as their impressive resurgence under Nigel Pearson continued with a 3-0 victory at Bournemouth to move them out of the drop zone.

The Hornets were the more confident and assured side throughout the first half and made the breakthrough shortly before the break when Abdoulaye Doucoure fired home from Ismaila Sarr's cross after the Cherries had been pressed into a mistake at the back.

The visitors rarely looked like relinquishing their grip on the contest thereafter, doubling their lead when more good work by Sarr ended with Troy Deeney rifling in a second goal.

Substitute Roberto Pereyra then set the seal on a very good afternoon's work when he hooked in the third to send the Hornets up to 17th, a position that was later confirmed by Manchester City's 6-1 drubbing of Aston Villa.

Here are a selection of images to enjoy as Pearson's in-form side made it 13 points from the last available 15.
