Watford steered themselves out of the Premier League relegation zone with a 3-0 win away at Bournemouth.

Here's how we rated their individual performances.

Ben Foster - 7

A commanding effort from the goalkeeper, who didn't have much to do, but remained focused throughout.

Adam Masina - 8

An excellent performance on the left from Masina, who limited chances and was forward thinking throughout.

Craig Dawson - 7

Strong and commanding in the defence throughout, barely gave Callum Wilson an inch to work in.

Craig Cathcart - 7

Just as resolute as his defensive counterpart. Prevented the hosts from creating any real chances to score.

Adrian Mariappa - 7

A welcome return to the squad for the make-shift right back, who keeps putting in performances that suggest he still has plenty left to offer the club.

Nathaniel Chalobah - 7

Worked tremendously hard in midfield, battled, won the ball back and looked to create whenever he could. Looks a completely different player under Pearson and the club are very much benefitting from it.

Etienne Capoue - 8

Tremendous in the second-half. Ran the show alongside Chalobah and broke up everything Bournemouth tried to put through midfield.

Abdoulaye Doucoure - 8

Took his goal superbly well and looks so much better playing further up the pitch. Always looked to move the ball forward.

Ismaila Sarr - 8

Set up the first goal really well before playing an integral part in the second. Starting to live up to the hype.

Gerard Deulofeu - 7

Seemed intent on dragging the game forward, but also held up play well and prevented Bournemouth building from the back with some excellent pressing. Created the panic which led to the opening goal.

Troy Deeney - 8

Gave the Bournemouth defenders endless problems, held the ball up brilliantly, always looked to knock down and bring his team-mates into play and took his goal in typical fashion. A true captain's performance.

SUBS

Domingos Quina - 6

Didn't have a lot of time to contribute.

Roberto Pereyra - 7

Caused problems despite joining the game late and got a late goal for his efforts.

Andre Gray - 6

As with Pereyra, he joined the game very late, but still made a mark. Unlucky not to find the net with a shot that was scrambled off the line.
