Reports that Quique Sanchez Flores is on the brink of being sacked by Watford are believed to be wide of the mark.
In the wake of the club's 3-0 defeat to Burnley at home on Saturday afternoon, reports in both the Telegraph and the Mail Online suggested the club were worried about being forced to make their second managerial change of the season, with Sanchez Flores picking up just one win since he rejoined the club back in September.
The Hornets collected their only three points of the season, before the international break, but slipped back to the bottom of the table on Saturday where they now sit five points away from safety following Aston Villa's win over Newcastle last night.
A crunch game against fellow relegation candidates Southampton will take place this Saturday evening, which could affect any decision by the club to keep or remove Sanchez Flores, but for now it is believed to be business as usual at Vicarage Road for the head coach.
