Watford's out-on-loan Colombian striker Luis Suarez has now scored six goals from seven appearances while on loan at Real Zaragoza.

The 21-year-old is impressing in the Spanish Segunda Division this season and continued to add to his reputation by scoring both of his side's goals in their 2-2 draw away at Real Oviedo.

Other members of the Hornets' South American contingency also had a successful weekend, with Venezuelan Adalberto Penaranda playing 87 minutes of KAS Eupen's 2-1 away win over Cercle Brugge and Brazilian Joao Pedro playing the entirety of Fluminense's 2-1 win over Gremio.

Ecuadorian full-back Pervis Estupinan also avoided defeat, as he played for all of Osasuna's 1-1 draw with Levante.

Elsewhere, three Watford players were involved in half-time substitutions, with Jerome Sinclair brought off the bench at half-time during VVV Venlo's 3-0 loss to Heerenveen. His side were 2-0 down when he joined the game and went on to concede a third in the last three minutes.

Meanwhile Marc Navarro was booked and substituted at the break during Leganes' 1-0 La Liga defeat to Granada, while Alex Jakubiak was also removed at the interval in Gillingham's 3-0 loss away at Oxford.

Ben Wilmot was an unused substitute in Swansea City's 1-1 draw at home with Reading.
