Mark Povey is Wealdstone’s new sports therapist after working at rivals Oxford City last season.
An experienced professional, Povey served in the British Army for 22 years with the Army Medical Services.
He founded a sports rehab business and has worked with England Rugby and London Irish RFC.
A specialist in relieving muscular pain and dysfunction in the soft tissues of the body, Povey is also a trained Bodymaster practitioner in acupuncture for sports injuries, ultrasound, pitch-side sports trauma management and hot stone remedial massage.
