Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of former Watford Midfielder Ben Watson on a two-and-a-half year deal.
The 32-year-old was released from his contract by Watford on deadline day in order to help smooth his exit to Championship outlet Forest.
Watson made 78 appearances for Watford after joining the club in January 2015, including 11 this season, and could make his Forest debut against Hull City on Saturday.
His run of games came largely as a result of injuries to other members of the squad, but Watson remained a reliable option until departing Vicarage Road.
