A WEST Harrow woman who presents a programme on breakfast TV is passing on her fitness tips as she runs a popular exercise class in Harrow.

Korin Nolan, 27, appears every morning as a co-presenter on Channel Five's The Wright Stuff, alongside Matthew Wright.

With a working day that sees her get up at 5.30am, she researches items for the show as well as presenting, and has interviewed A-list celebrities such as Nicole Kidman and Kevin Spacey.

But she still finds time to make exercise a big part of her life and has run a pilates class for several years.

Korin said: "It's a busy day for me, but I make time to work out three or four times a week.

"Most of my job is spent sitting down, so I'm like most office workers, I get tense shoulders and limbs and the pilates is a great way of relaxing and unwinding.

"I did a dance degree so I've got that background as well.

"Since working on the show I had stopped running my classes, but people kept on asking me about them so I eventually decided to start them again."

Born in Korea to English parents, Korin had a varied childhood, growing up in Sheffield and then moving to France when she was 16.

She returned to England to study in Bedford before settling in Harrow, with her family. She has an eight-year-old son.

Korin has altered her pilates class to incorporate elements of dance, aerobics and boxing, in a workout she calls Total Body Tone.

Sessions are on Saturday mornings at the Victoria Hall in Sheepcote Road (times vary).

Korin would also be interested in hearing from anyone who would like to be in the audience on The Wright Stuff.
