A cinema is screening a week of family favourites during half term.

Vue Harrow, in St George's shopping centre, St Anne's Road, is screening brand-new blockbusters and classic favourites to entertain families this May half term.

One of the main attractions includes a live-action adaptation of Disney’s Lilo & Stitch.

The family-friendly blockbuster promises charm and hilarity as the Hawaiian schoolgirl Lilo befriends Stitch, who is a chaos-loving alien creature.

Lilo teams up with Stitch to protect him from his alien creators, creating a heartwarming story suitable for audiences of all ages.

Families can also look forward to A Minecraft Movie, which will be playing throughout the break.

Based on the best-selling video game, it sees a group of heroes navigating a mysterious block-based world, facing an evil pig army.

Vue is also offering screenings of recent family favourites at reduced prices with its Mighty Mornings screenings.

This half-term, Disney’s live-action Snow White, and the animation Dog Man, will be shown for children aged between four and 11.

Prices are just £2.49 a ticket when booked online.

For the youngest audience members, between one and four, the Big Shorts series will return with Bluey Let’s Play Chef and Peppa Meets the Baby Cinema Experience.

Screenings will offer a relaxed environment with dimmed lighting.
