Firefighters rushed to Brent Cross Shopping Centre after a fridge was on fire.
Six fire engines and 40 firefighters were called to the blaze taking place in an unspecified Brent Cross shop at 11.45am today (January 4).
Store staff are said to have calmly evacuated around 200 customers before the London Fire Brigade arrived, and no one was injured from the fire.
While the fire was under control by 1.06pm, part of a refrigerator was damaged.
The London Fire Brigade says that the cause of the fire is under investigation.
