Channel 4 will be hosting their Inclusion Festival today, with Spice Girl and TV presenter Melanie Brown featuring in the festival

The festival will see a range of talent from all across British television to share a day of experiences, ideas, insights and to inspire collaboration across digital and broadcast media.

Plus the day will explore the challenges facing the TV industry and the changes needed to make television more inclusive and accessible.

With a specific look into making TV more accessible to under-represented groups including ethnically diverse people, those from lower socio-economic backgrounds, and people with disabilities.

Who's on the lineup?

The festival will have a wide range of impactful names, from poet, author, and broadcaster Lemn Sissay OBE to sports legend Ade Adepitan.

They will also be joined by Spice Girl Melanie Brown who will discuss who the TV industry needs to have more people of colour on screen but also avoid being tokenistic.

Plus there will be exclusive interviews with Channel 4 Chief Executive Alex Mahon, ITV Chief Executive Carolyn McCall, and BBC Director-General Tim Davie who will give their insights on how to make TV more representative.

The Festival starts at 10am on November 18th, and can be watched via the website.
