Paul Cooper, LOCALiQ’s Premier Accounts Manager, will be delivering the second in a series of webinars aimed at helping others secure a great return on investment from their digital marketing.
There are myriad ways customers can arrive at a retail or service website and SME owners need to know how to track them.
“The Customer Journey” is a webinar presented at the invitation of the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership. It will focus on the journey prospects take and how to identify the right platforms to be on.
Paul said: “It does not matter what size business you have; your growth depends on not wasting money. Knowing the customer journey is therefore vital.”
