GOGGLEBOX is back on Channel 4 tonight.

And all of our favourite families will back to give their opinions on a week's worth of TV all from the comfort of their own sofas.

The fresh series comes off the back of a successful celebrity programme which saw Brighton DJ Zoe Ball and son Woody Cook among those to take part.

But as of tonight normal service resumes and our regular telly watchers, including Brighton's the Michael's Family, will be giving us their take on the week in TV.

The mum and dad team Andrew and Carolyne appear alongside children Louis and Alex from their family home.

The family were briefly dropped from Gogglebox in 2015 – when dad Andrew stood for election as a candidate for UKIP.

He failed to win the seat, and the family returned to the show.

Louis is studying at the University of Chester where his big sister Alex received a Masters in Computer Science.

Brighton couple Daniel Lustig and Stephen will also be returning to the show.

Stephen is best known for appearing alongside former partner Chris Ashby-Steed, who left the programme in 2018.

Manchester family The Malones are back in their rightful spot - with sweet treats to boot - as well as Blackpool duo Sophie and Pete and sisters Ellie and Izzi.

Best pals Jenny and Lee have also been reunited in Jenny's caravan after spending the previous series earlier this year quarantining together.

Also lined up are sisters Amira and Iqra, Giles and Mary, and brothers The Plummers.

Due to restrictions earlier in the year, viewers will be pleased to see Baasit and Umar Siddiqui return, all socially distanced, as well as friends Mary and Marina.

The new series begins tonight at 9pm.
