A MAN arrested in relation to an incident where a parking warden was "punched in the face" outside a Bournemouth primary school will face no further police action.
As previously reported, it was alleged that an assault took place at Hill View Primary School in Hill View Road at approximately 3.20pm on Wednesday, September 11, last year.
A civil enforcement was on duty when he was assaulted by a man, it was claimed.
Police had arrested a 27-year-old Bournemouth man in connection with the incident and released him under investigation.
Following enquiries by officers, the man has been released from the investigation and will face no further police action, a Dorset Police spokesperson said.
