Eight pupils have been recognised for their poetry.
The pupils from St. Martin's School in Northwood received recognition for their poetry writing.
For the Marty the Mighty Nose Award, Year 5 Avi Patel was Runner Up in the Year 5 and 6 category with his poem “Bakery Bouquet”.
Avi wrote a poem which focused upon the sense of smell, particularly for his favourite food.
He received a £25 book voucher and a special Marty The Mighty Nose Mug.
Avi said: "When I heard my name called out as runner up, I was surprised to the point where I was speechless, I had the idea of writing about a bakery when my family and I walked past one in Northwood high street."

The overall winner, Year 8 Antonio Mo has been invited to act as one of the judges in next year’s competition.
Antonio said: "It was amazing to see my poem published in a book.
“It was an even greater privilege to be a judge in the next year's competition, and I look forward to reading the clever ideas in the new poems."
