On September 3, Giannetti shouted, swore and struggled with police officers at her home in Wheatley Drive, Saltcoats.
She was also aggressive towards her ex-partner at an address in Saltcoats in that she shouted, swore, struggled with him and refused to leave when asked to do so.
Sentence was deferred until April 3.
