A woman has admitted to assaulting her ex-boyfriend at a Stevenston petrol station while she was on bail.
Debbie Toogood, of Reid’s Avenue Stevenston, approached the man at Ardeer Filing Station on January 28.
She acted in a threatening and abusive manner, asked him for money, shouted and behaved aggressively.
Toogood, 29, also repeatedly struck the man on the body with her hand and pushed him.
Toogood pled guilty to two charges while appearing at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week. Sentence was deferred for the court to obtain a Criminal Justice Social Work Report and a Restriction of Liberty Assessment.
She was granted bail and will return to the court next month for sentencing.
