Train delays and icy weather conditions caused "chaos" at a town centre London Underground station.
Commuters were packed several rows deep at Harrow-on-the-Hill station after issues with the Metropolitan Line on February 26.
Signal failures at Barbican and Farringdon led to severe delays and cancellations as those travelling were forced to wait for limited services.
TfL had earlier warned people to allow extra time for their journeys as the wintery weather saw snow come down across the capital.
Passengers reported delays of several hours due to the disruption, while one person said he had never seen such scenes at Harrow-on-the-Hill.
