A MAN drunk off Buckfast walked into traffic on his birthday.
Ian Milne was seen walking onto the road way on Great Western Road on October 3.
The 34-year-old veered into the path oncoming cars and shouted at drivers.
When police attended the scene to coax Milne, of Benview Street, out of harms way he became abusive.

Milne continued to utter threats of violence including stating that he would “cut them up”.
He was conveyed to the police station where he was held in custody before appearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
The court heard how he had been drinking to celebrate his birthday.
Sheriff Bonnar ordered Milne to carry out 65 hours of unpaid work.
