On same date, used a vehicle without a licence; used a vehicle without insurance; resisted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Nathan Moukuta, 19, of Offord Grove, Leavesden. On March 30, 2017, wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle without a licence. Fine, costs: £365. Eight penalty points.

Andrea Roseleen Wilson, 43, of Berry Avenue, Watford. On April 13, 2017, stole perfume sets belonging to TK Maxx. On same date, had with her an article for use in the course of or in connection with theft. Community order made. Be under curfew for four weeks. Costs: £170.

Genai Langlais-Frith, 22, of Croxley View, Watford. On April 14, 2017, used a vehicle after cosnuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On same date, had in her possession a small quantity of cannabis; assaulted a person by beating and the offence was racially aggravated. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £270.

Ben Breckon, 20, of Belham Road, Kings Langley. On December 3, 2016, had in his possession one wrap of cocaine. Fine, costs: £415.

James Charles Irving, 25, of Mount View, Rickmansworth. Between September 26, 2016, and February 28, 2017, stole money from the till by the use of fraudulent refunds belonging to Game. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 150 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £1,532.75.

Kaylie Louise Colby, 25, of Trinity Hall Close, Watford. On August 26, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £130. Three penalty points.

Jason Wayne Tompkins, 48, of Ovaltine Drive, Kings Langley. On April 23, 2017, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. On April 24, 2017, damaged a police cell.
