Calling all former Aylward school pupils!
A Farewell event is taking place next month to mark the closing of one school building and the opening of another at Aylward School in Pangbourne Drive, Stanmore.
A new school building will open in April this year, and the school is organising a special 'Farewell event' and is appealing for former pupils to share their fond memories at Aylward on March 9.
Sadie Thompson, the finance and admin assistant at Aylward, said: "We'd like to reach a wide audience in the hope that ex-pupils will want to take a trip down memory lane, and take a look at it one last time before it goes. We are also looking for people to share their memories and maybe photos with us so we can create a book and use that as a piece of history."
The event is open to everyone from 6-8.30pm.
