Lee Thomas Neighbour, 27, of Venice Avenue, Watford. On August 30, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Restraining order made. Fine, costs: £830.

Elliott Fletcher, 28, of Bluebell Court, Abbots Langley. On May 16, 2016, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £962. Six penalty points.

Mohammed Hashim, 48, of Medway Close, Watford. On March 10, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle failed to comply with a red light traffic signal. Fine, costs: £610. Three penalty points.

Bijal Patel, 38, of Vicarage Road, Watford. On June 9, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and she failed to report the accident. On same date, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £540. Five penalty points.

Lewis James Jones, 19, of Bryfield Cottage, Bovingdon. On April 5, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and he failed to report the accident. On same date, used a vehicle without due care and attention; used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle without a licence. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £465.

Edward Emanuel Burndam, 50, of Exchange Road, Watford. On October 5, 2016, stole a men’s shirt belonging to Next. On September 12, 2016, stole three bottles of wine belonging to Sainsburys. Committed to prison for two months suspended for six months. Costs: £200.

Thursday, December 29

Lyn Denise Hall, 44, of Highlands, Oxhey Hall, Watford. On November 23, 2016, made telephone calls to a person and attended their home address which she was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Two counts. Between December 10, 2016, and December 24, 2016, made telephone calls via a third party to a person which she was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs: £200.

Friday, December 30

Fahteqa Nida Chaudhry, 22, of Hempstead Road, Watford. On October 29, 2016, stole various clothing items belonging to Zara. On same date, stole jewellery belonging to Next; stole clothing items belonging to New Look; stole clothing belonging to Primark. Fine, costs: £315.

Christopher John Wright, 51, of Exchange Road, Watford. On December 10, 2016, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £155.
