Tuesday, October 25

Jonathan Michael Croft, 33, of Cecil Street, Watford. On June 24, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause another harassment or distress. On same date, threatened a person that property and vehicles belonging to her would be damaged. Fine, costs: £335.

Jack Lawrence Habbijam, 23, of Trowley Rise, Abbots Langley. On February 20, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle failed to stop the vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. On same date, assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty; used a vehicle when the proportion of a controlled drug in his blood exceeded the specified limit. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £855.

Kim Marie Mason, 55, of Baldwins Lane, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth. On October 9, 2016, failed to provide a specimen for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Fine, costs: £235.

Jenna Leigh Harris, 46, of Lincoln Drive, South Oxhey. On September 19, 2016, stole wine and chocolate belonging to Tesco. Fine, costs: £115.

Kerry Michael George Crossley-Reynolds, 33, of Croxley View, Watford. On May 20, 2016, stole a mobile phone belonging to Tesco. On July 6, 2016, stole razor blades belonging to Superdrug. On July 30, 2016, stole a polo shirt belonging to Gap. On same date, damaged a polo shirt belonging to Gap. On August 9, 2016, stole a Bluetooth speaker belonging to HMV. On August 17, 2016, stole money belonging to a person. On August 4, 2016, stole alcohol belonging to Asda. On September 26, 2016, stole four cans of lager belonging to B&M Bargains. On October 20, 2016, failed to provide a sample for the purpose of ascertaining whether he had a class A drug in his body. On October 8, 2016, drove a vehicle knowing it had been taken without the consent of the owner. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle without a licence. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence 20 weeks. Compensation: £422.87.
