A NATIONAL charity is searching for brave volunteers to abseil down a university building next month.
The Stroke Association is giving people the chance to see a bird's eyes view of Harrow by abseiling down the University of Westminster's building in Watford Road, on July 7 and 8.
Every year, around 150,00 people throughout the UK suffer a stroke.
It is the third biggest killer in the UK and the leading cause of severe adult disability.
Funds raised by thrill-seeking abseilers will help the charity finance research into strokes and ensure those affected get the help and support they need.
For more information call The Stroke Association's abseil hotline on 07799 436011 or email Emma Hollands at ehollands@stroke.org.uk
