An affordable art fair aims to spread the joy of collecting art when it comes to London next month.

The Affordable Art Fair will run at the Lower Fairground Site on Hampstead Heath on Thursday, May 9, to Sunday, May 12. Within the expertly curated collection of both emerging and established artists, there is something to suit every taste, space, and budget. Whether you’re an experienced collector or a first-time art buyer, there is a whole world of contemporary art to discover and an all-new programme with fun for all the family.

The Fair will showcase the art of wellbeing with yoga workshops, breathwork classes, and a specially curated space designed to relax, rejuvenate and inspire.

Artist highlights in the fair include:

• Muralist Sebastian Chaumeton, who will create a giant collaborative mural on Hampstead Heath.

• Illustrator Lucie Sheridan, who will set up her magic Photo Booth to invite visitors to have a bespoke portrait drawn live.

• Artist-in-residence Jonathan Hillson will bring his immersive video installation, that takes inspiration from the mass migrant caravan that walked from South America to the US border last year, exploring the stories behind the individuals who undertook such a journey.

Alongside thousands of artists Affordable Art Fair will host an unmissable programme of workshops and talks on the fair-wide theme of wellbeing. In a partnership with Balance, the Fair will host bespoke yoga classes with wellbeing guru Hannah Barrett and breathwork classes by expert teacher Richie Bostock alongside therapeutic workshops, immersive art and relaxation classes throughout the week.
