19/0294/HSE/KH: 107 Elstree Road, Bushey Heath, WD23 4EG. Conversion of garage to habitable room including new pitched roof and changes to fenestration. Reason: Green Belt.
19/0244/FUL/JLE: Bushey Golf and Country Club, High Street, Bushey, WD23 ITT. Change of use of ground floor to A3 (Restaurant). Reason: Green Belt.
19/0318/HSEAVC: Orchard House, Summerhouse Lane, Aldenham, Watford. WD25 8DL. Two storey front, side and rear extensions. Reason: Conservation Area.
19/025S7FUL/MSA: 16 And Land Rear Of 14 To 18 A, Merry Hill Road, Bushey. Alterations and rear extension to existing dwelling at No 16 Merry Hill Road and construction of 5 x 5-bed, 2 storey detached houses on land to the rear to include new access road, associated parking, refuse stores, amenity areas and landscaping. Reason: Conservation Area.
19/0348/HSE/JLE: 3 Canter Close, Aldenham, Watford, WD25 8EX. Installation of hard landscaping, new access path and alterations to the existing garage with single garage door. Reason: Conservation Area & Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
