18/1470/FULAVC & 18/1471/LBCAVC: The

Hollybush, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3EE Change of use of existing public house (Class A4) to children's nursery (Class Dl) at ground floor, to include single storey side and rear extensions and internal alterations, and alterations to first floor flat, to include insertion of windows, roof lights and internal alterations. Provision of parking, bin and recycling storage, associated amenity space and gated entrance. Demolition of beer store and WC. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area and Listed Building Consent.

18/1488/HSE/SR: 2 Old Nursery Close, Shenley, WD7 9FD. Single storey side and rear extension. Reason: Green Belt.

18/1360/VOC/SR: Land Adjoining 1 3 And 5 Shenleybury Cottages, Shenleybury, Shenley. Variation of condition 4 (No more than 2 caravans, 1 of which shall be static) of planning permission TP/10/1826 allowed on appeal APP/ N1920/A/11/2151457 To - no more than 4 caravans, 2 of which shall be static. Reason: Green Belt.

18/1509/HSE/LG: Seymour House, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3RH. Single storey rear extension. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
