Reason: Major Development.
17/1942/FUL/PDO: Church Of The Good Shepherd, Shenleybury, WD7 9DH. Change of use of existing church hall (D2) to a Nursery (Dl) with associated internal alterations.. Reason: Green Belt. 17/0653/ADV/HB: Roundabout At Junction Of Elstree Hill South And Centennial Avenue, Elstree. Installation of 2 freestanding signs (Application for Advertisement consent). Reason: Green Belt. 17/1961/FUL/SR: Former Day Care Centre, Grosvenor Road, Borehamwood. The proposal incorporates the demolition of an existing derelict shelter and unused toilet block to allow the redevelopment of the site to introduce two new-build residential buildings, totaling 15Nr 2 bed 4 person apartments along with their associated parking spaces. Reason: Major Development.
17/1865/FUL/PDO: Church House, Black Lion Hill, Shenley, WD7 9DH. Change of use from (C3) residential to (A2) offices . Reason: Green Belt.
17/2028WOC/PDO: Land South Of Elstree And Borehamwood Station And Adjacent To Coleridge Way And Byron Avenue, Borehamwood. Application for variation of conditions 17,20,21,22 & 23 to amend the wording of the conditions following grant of planning permission 14/1111/FUL. Reason: Major Development.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
