17/1401/FUL/KG: Elstree Lawns Nursing Home, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3RD. Demolition of existing residential care home and the erection of a 2 storey residential development with accommodation in the roof and basement level, comprising 4x2 bed and 6x3 bed flats with basement parking, bin store and associated landscaping. Reason: Major Development in the Green Belt.
17/1340/HSE/KH: 8 The Lawns, Shenley, WD7 9EZ. Conversion of garage to habitable room; replacement of existing rear door and windows with new bifold doors. Reason: Conservation Area.
