Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

21/1769/HSE/AKA: White Cottage, Grange Lane, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8DY. Replacement of existing outbuilding thatched roof with slate tiled roof. Reason: Listed Building within Conservation Area and Green Belt.
21/1879/FUL/WC: Former Barclays Bank Pic, 28 High Street, Bushey, WD23 3HJ. Conversion of the existing former bank into 4 x 2-bed flats with retention of existing 1-bed flat at second floor level, with minor alterations to the external appearance of the building and the provision of a new side access gate. Reason: Conservation Area.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
