21/0418/VOC/SR: Elstree Film and TV Studios, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, WD61JG. Application for variation of Condition 2 (Plans) to allow for a lm wide gap between the new workshops and existing buildings, changes to fenestration, improving access for the disabled, re-siting of Sound Stage building, and related changes to the turning head of the service road on the north side of the building following grant of planning permission 19/1275/FUL. Reason: Major Development.
21/0442/HSE/GO: 7 Watling Street, Elstree, WD6 3EG. Construction of part single, part two storey rear extension, two storey front extension and two storey side extension following demolition of existing garage and conservatory (revised application). Reason: Green Belt.
21/0445/FUL/MGA: Holiday Inn Car Park, Barnet By-pass Road, Borehamwood, WD6 5PU. Installation of TEF 20m Swann Lattice Tower to include 6 x TEF antennas, 2 x TEF Dishes, 15 x TEF RRU and 1 x GPS and ancillary development. Reason: Public Interest.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
