21/0346/FUL/PHA: Plot 1 (to Be Known As Farm View) Fronting Caldecote Lane, Bushey. Part-retrospective construction of a 4-bed dwelling approved under application 16V0160/FUL but not built as approved. Changes include alterations to fenestration, removal of chimney, installation of air conditioning units, re-alignment of driveway, boundary treatments, and hard and soft landscaping. Reason: Green Belt.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
