21/0357/FUL/LG: 1-2 Watling House, High Street, Elstree, WD6 3BZ. Conversion of loft to habitable space and insertion of 2 x dormers to rear elevation. Reason: Conservation Area.
21/0352/FUL/MGA: The Meadows, Castleford Close, Borehamwood, WD6 4AL. Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment of the site to provide a 75 bed care home (C2 Use) with associated landscaping, residents' garden, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, and utilising existing site access. Reason: Major Development.
