AN Orpington school's new website is enjoying instant results.
Within hours of being launched, the Darrick Wood Junior School site was nominated for, and then won, the award for London Grid for Learning's (LGFL) Website of the Month.
This means the site has been celebrated as an example website in many of London's 2,600 schools via a link on the LGFL homepage, www.lgfl.net The site, designed by the school's ICT co-ordinator Justin Colley, provides a wealth of information for parents.
