George Clooney has joked that he would like to adopt co-star Shailene Woodley
George Clooney has joked that he wants to adopt his on-screen daughter in The Descendants, Shailene Woodley.
The Oscar-nominated star, who is currently dating former wrestler Stacey Keibler, told The Insider that he was "looking to adopt very successful people".
He teased: "I want to adopt Shailene. She's 20 and smart, and I figure she has a big career ahead and can support me."
George also jested that Shailene was perfect as she'd already been "house-trained".
"I've got a dog from the pound that was already house-trained, so that makes sense to me," he deadpanned.
The Hollywood heartthrob has already picked up a Golden Globe for his performance in The Descendants, in which he plays a father-of-two whose wife is in a coma after a tragic accident.
