Hannah Montana changed Cody's life

Hannah Montana hasn't just changed the life of its star Miley Cyrus, it's also had an affect on one of her co-stars too.

"The success of Hannah Montana has changed my life," says Cody Linley, who stars as Hannah's ex-boyfriend Jake Ryan in the Disney show. "It really has. When I started, I thought I was just gonna be like a one episode guest star and now it's turned into a lot more than that."

Like his more famous co-star, Cody, 19, who has been filming the Hannah Montana movie in Tennessee, also gets lots of attention from his teenage fans.

"When I go to malls and I'm being chased by 13-year-old girls, I'm like 'oh gosh' you know it's very new," he says. "It's different. It's cool to be part of such a huge phenomenon and a blessing."

Cody joins his Disney co-stars for the Disney Channel Games which kicked off on Friday.
