Middlesex players Steve Finn, Dawid Malan and Scott Newman have been selected to represent MCC's side to face County champions Durham in this year's season opener.
The match will take place away from Lord's for the first time with the four-day clash being held in the Zayed International Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi in March.
Middlesex's chief executive Vinny Codrington said: "We're delighted that Steven, Dawid and Scott have all been selected for this historic fixture, and have no doubt that the experience they'll gain over in Abu Dhabi will stand them in great stead for the season ahead.
"All three players, along with the rest of the Middlesex squad have worked exceptionally hard throughout the winter and everyone is eagerly looking forward to the 2010 season starting."
