Wealdstone players Jerome Okimo and Danny Green have signed new contracts to keep them at Grosvenor Vale until the end of the 2018/19 campaign.
Both players have been in fine form this season with adaptable skipper Okimo having been impressive in an unfamiliar midfield role earlier in the campaign and Green central to Stones’ progress in league and FA Trophy, scoring 10 goals so far with a total of 13 in all competitions.
Wealdstone manager Bobby Wilkinson said: “I am absolutely delighted that Jerome and Danny have committed to the club already for next season.
“They can see what we are building here at Wealdstone and our future ambitions, they are excellent players and have shown great loyalty and commitment to the cause”
Meanwhile, loanee Joseph Otudeko has returned to Bristol Rovers, while Ashleigh Artwell has gone to Southern League side Hartley Wintney but remains available for the FA Trophy.
Taofiq Olomowewe’s stay at Enfield Town has been extended but the defender is on a 24-hour recall, and Stephane Ngamvoulou remains at Burgess Hill Town until March 9.
Accrington Stanley loanee Reagan Ogle has currently returned to his parent club but remains available for the FA Trophy.
Young striker Dylan Kearney, who made a substitute appearance for Wealdstone in their 1-0 victory over Welling United last night, remains dual registered at Uxbridge.
