Harrow Shotokan Karate Club had a visit from world champion Sensei Shinji Nagaki from Japan.

Sensei Nagaki conducted a three hour seminar for the students at Trinity Church in Hindes Road.

He covered various basic techniques and kata or forms but the last section was saved for his speciality sparring techniques that saw him win the world karate federation world title and the Japan karate federation national title.

The students enjoyed the session which was assisted by Sensei Alan Campbell, the chief instructor of England and Sensei Shyam Raithatha chief instructor of Harrow Shotokan.
