Harrow RFC completed a league and cup double over Northolt after thrashing them 79-5 on Saturday.

The visitors ran in 13 tries to book their place in the semi-finals of the North West Middlesex Floodlit Cup.

Nick Argent opened the scoring for Harrow and their dominance continued as tries from Shane Togher, Ciaran Collins, Hywel Gosling, Brendan O'Sullivan, David Ross, James Power and another for Argent gave them a 53-0 lead at the break.

Andy Elliott added another in the second half before the hosts earned a consolation effort. Ross and O'Sullivan added further tries before Gary Conroy touched down the final score.

Harrow play a friendly at home to a UCS Old Boys XV this weekend.
