Wealdstone have agreed a new three-year deal with Wenzels the bakers to sponsor the main stand at Grosvenor Vale.

The stand has a capacity of 360 seats and will be refurbished with the company's orange branding. The agreement also includes the installation of a new electronic scoreboard, which will be positioned opposite this stand.

Roy Fitzgerald, executive director of Wealdstone, said: “I have known Peter [Wenzel] for some years and know, like me, he has fond memories and a connection with the club during the Lower Mead days.

"I would like to welcome Wenzel’s as a major partner and we look forward to a long and successful partnership together.

"There have been many positive changes at Wealdstone FC and this sponsorship deal will see the Wenzel’s brand teaming up with us to join in our growing success.”

Chief executive Peter Wenzel said: “We’re very excited to be a part of Wealdstone Football Club, join its proud history and looking forward to building strong links with the club.

"There are many opportunities it can bring, both in raising awareness of the Wenzel’s brand and the community projects we’re involved in.”

The bakery company was established in 1975 by Peter Wenzel and are established as a favourite brand of customers in Hillingdon, Harrow and the North West London area.
