Watford have completed a season-long loan for Udinese and Greece goalkeeper Orestis Karnezis.
The 32-year-old, who is the Greek number one, will provide competition for Heurelho Gomes for the Hornets' goalkeeping spot, which has proved somewhat of a one-man show over the past three years.
Karnezis was Udinese's first-choice goalkeeper for the three years he spent with the Serie A club, but has not featured in either of their top-flight games so far this season.
He was near a move to Napoli earlier this month before first-choice Pepe Reina decided to stay with the Champions League club, and has instead opted for a move to England to continue his career.
Hornets fans will likely be able to see the new goalkeeper in action for Greece tonight, as they take on Estonia in a World Cup qualifier.
