Steven Berghuis has underlined the good season he has been enjoying away from Vicarage Road after receiving another call-up to Danny Blind's Netherlands squad.

The winger has spent the year on loan at Eredivisie leaders Feyenoord in his homeland, and scored five times in 15 starts for De Stadionclub in the Dutch top flight.

Berghuis was a half-time introduction in the Netherlands' last game, a 3-1 win at Luxembourg in November, where he replaced veteran playmaker Wesley Sneijder.

He has six caps for his country, who have picked up seven points from their opening four games in qualifying for next year's World Cup finals in Russia.
