Watford are expected to sign M'Baye Niang permanently this summer.

The AC Milan forward has made an excellent start to his loan at Vicarage Road.

Niang impressed in the shock win over Arsenal last week and was in superb form during Saturday's victory over Burnley.

The 22-year-old set up the opener for Troy Deeney before an excellent header got him off the mark for the Hornets.

Watford have the option of a permanent deal in place, for a fee in the region of £13m, with his form making a move highly likely.

Niang can play across a range of positions in attack and his pace is a rare asset in the Hornets side.
