Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino believes his team played almost the perfect match in their 4-1 thrashing of Watford this afternoon.
The Hornets were totally outclassed at Vicarage Road as Spurs moved into the top four of the Premier League with a one-sided win.
Pochettino said: "I am very pleased with the performance, the first half was great. I think it was one of the best performances so far.
"It was nearly the perfect game. The shame was we conceded a goal in the last minute but there were a lot of positive things."
Spurs opened up a 2-0 lead inside the first 33 minutes of the game and the visitors always looked in control against a woeful Watford side.
Pochettino said: "I think because we scored from the beginning in the end we controlled and created some chances.
"You can feel in that moment the game was over after 33 minutes."
