Junior Wealdstone fans will be granted entry to the club’s home league matches for free for the remainder of the season.

The initiative means fans under the age of 14 will no longer pay admission while the price for under-18s is set at £3.

Wealdstone FC chairman, Peter Marsden, believes the scheme will help increase the number of both adult and junior fans who attend matches.

He said: “We have already had great success with our previous free junior admission offers.

“It makes sense to now extend this fantastic offer of free admission for all under-14s for the rest of the season which will represent superb value.

“We hope to see their parents down as well to get a taste of what football at Wealdstone is all about.

“Compared to local pro club prices, this is a real value alternative, so we can hope to welcome many more juniors and adults to the Vale.”
