Teddy Sheringham will be among the big names to take on the Wealdstone Raider this weekend when a Premier League legends side face the Stones at Grosvenor Vale.

Champions League winner Sheringham, who was most recently manager of Stevenage, is the latest name to be confirmed in the all-star tie, which will also feature Arsenal's Nigel Winterburn, Ireland midfielder Matt Holland and Bolton legend Kevin Davies among others.

They will take on a Wealdstone side including the Raider, whose real name is Gordon Hill, at Grosvenor Vale on Sunday.

Hill became an internet sensation in 2014 after he featured in a YouTube video featuring a number of now-viral catchphrases including "If you want some, I'll give it you," at a game between the Stones and Whitehawk in 2013.

He has since become a non-league ambassador for MarathonBet, and helped the Stones net £10,000 last season through their non-league challenge, which aimed to find the best goal celebration outside of the Football League.

Part of the prize included the arrangement of the game against the Premier League stars, who will be managed by former Charlton and West Ham boss Alan Curbishley.

Davies himself has been helping the Raider train for the big day, where he will also lineup against the likes of Trevor Sinclair, Dion Dublin, Chris Powell and Muzzy Izzet.

Tickets can be bought for the match, which kicks off at 3pm, online via the Wealdstone Megastore website.
