Harrow Town Ladies's total of 150 for four was not enough to beat top of the league team Old Actonians CC.
An excellent run partnership between opening Harrow batters Nehal Dave and Bhavika Gajipra took the team over 100 – giving the away side a real chance of winning the game.
Harrow began the second innings well taking two wickets in the first five overs and continued to pick up wickets with Bibi Dandool taking three for 31 from six overs.
However, number seven Lucy Davies managed to hold the innings together for the home team, taking Old Actonians over the line to 152 for nine.
