Wealdstone lifted the Ryman Premier Division title after ending their season with a 2-0 win over Canvey Island on Saturday.
Gordon Bartlett's side got their hands on the trophy after a brilliant campaign which clinched promotion to the Conference South. Late goals from Charlie Penny and Peter Dean fired them to victory in their final league game.
The Stones will now turn their attention towards winning the double as they face Hampton & Richmond Borough in Saturday in the Middlesex Senior Cup final.
