Thousands of revellers attended the 2010 Brent Diwali parade on Saturday, October 30. Beautifully lit floats and hundreds of costumed performers swirled their way through the streets of Wembley towards Barham Park, where the festivities culminated in a fireworks display. Diwali is 'The Festival of Lights', a celebration of good over evil and is one of the most important annual celebrations for the Hindu, Sikh and Jain communities.
